Well, not really. In a SAN environment, the backup server would complain if
it discovers another storage node running nsrd daemon. The recurring
irritating and unhelpful message goes like:

<time> <backup server> root: [ID 702911 daemon.notice] NetWorker media:
(notice)check storage node: <storage node> (a server cannot be a storage
node)

I am not too sure why you cannot have >1 backup server in a SAN (though you
can have another backup server OUTSIDE SAN but in the same backup LAN). The
only reason I can think of is maybe this prevents a mix-up in backup
indexing when you do backup from one of the backup server to the other
backup server-connected tape library. However, if you specify the '-s' flag
in save, there won't be any confusion.
