This may be a little confusing to explain, but I will give it a try.

We have a client named rp-nt-trdhyp. When I open the recover gui on this
client, the client name appears as rp-nt-trdhyp.us.estee.com, the fully
qualified name. When trying to perform a directed recover from another
client, retrieving the data of rp-nt-trdhyp, the only client option is the
short name, rp-nt-trdhyp and a message appears stating "No indexes found.
You have not backed up any file from this client". We actually backup this
client nightly. The client setup on the networker server has the name
rp-nt-trdhyp listed with an alias of rp-nt-trdhyp.us.estee.com.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
