I had this problem to.

I set the inactivity timeout to 0.
Setting the value to 0, disables the inactivity check.

I have a client which completes successfully except for one parition. This
one parition will always hang and then finally fail on all incremental
backups, however when I hit this parition off on demand full it will run
and complete successfully.  Has anyone seen this before?  Any suggestions?

to inactivity.
