After upgrading to 6.1.2 we had a drive get disabled because of read/
media errors.   Problem is, instead of sending one email that the device
was automatically disabled it sent 50 !   It actually sent about 20 in
under 1 minute.

Looks broken to me but I'd thought I'd ask if anyone else has dared this
version and has the same problem.
