it's ok, one license per client, not per instance.

Hi gurus,
I have a simple questin about oracle module licensing...
I have a client where I have 3 different oracle homes ( for 3 different
versions)
but I am capable of backing them up with only 1 oracle module license.
Is this because I never try to back them up at the same time? Or what?
