I think that you have two choiches:

1) use virtualfull:
http://www.bacula.org/7.0.x-manuals/en/main/Released_Version_3_0_3_3_0_.html#SECTION00527000000000000000

After the first full backup, you wouldn't need any other full backup, only 
incremental forever.

2) split the single job in two different filesets and two different jobs
