Bacula can't write "volume" files into more than one directory. If you
can concatenate your storage into a single filesystem (using lvm, raid,
???fs) then Bacula's built-in functionality is fine.

The reasons for not doing that and keeping your drives separate instead
include, but are not limited to being able to pull one out and store it
offline.
