We are using tape libraries for storing the backup. Appreciate your thoughts for the same for troubleshooting this issue.
It looks very similar to stalled situations I see on my own tape Library.
Have you tried issuing a mount command for this SD?
I am very new to tape libraries. May I know how to check the backed up files in tapes and delete unwanted files?
