Ok, found the offender. It is a request for
/path:AFP_Afpinfo which get a ACCESS DENIED. From what i found these  
are NTFS alternate data streams used by old Macintosh fileshares.  
There are plenty of and none in this directory lead to trouble. Maybe  
it is related to the fact that in this case it is a alternate data  
stream for a directory and not a file. But with tools like LADS  
(http://www.heysoft.de/de/software/lads.php) it is no problem to list  
a alternate stream for a directory. Maybe the restore open mode is not  
usable for directory attached alternate data streams?

I guess from here a developers help is needed. At least it would be  
nice to see the alternate stream in the error message and not the bare  
directory name.
