Thanks for the help John,
The problem was the same permission.
But now the message has changed, just can not see the tapes:

*update slots
Automatically selected Storage: Autochanger
Enter autochanger drive[0]: 0
Connecting to Storage daemon Autochanger at server.com.br:9103 ...
3306 Issuing autochanger "slots" command.
Device "Autochanger" has 0 slots.
No slots in changer to scan.

This could be a permission problem with the bacula user not having
permission to execute mtx commands. First see what user bacula-sd runs
as. Then login as that user and see if you have permission to execute
mtx commands. If that succeeds see if you have permission to run the
mtx-changer script.
