In my own opinion, Copy Jobs is nice for Archiving or to make a copy
to a différent pool or storage type.
Here you want to copy from disk to tape so simply run a bacula Copy job.
In another case if you are looking for redundancy just run a tape copy
to another tape or a rsync of your volumes on another hard drive
