Bacula normally does not do this on its own. However I believe you can
get it to do this using the virtual autochanger.

Assuming you can address/mount all luns at the same time, the key is
to make each lun a virtual magazine containing a certain number of
bacula volumes. I would make these fixed sized volumes. Then send all
jobs to the virtual autochanger device and let bacula manage how it
fills the magazines.
