Hi folks.

 

The documentation should be adapted because it describes only to set the

Group permissions to write able, see the section in the link

http://bacula-web.dflc.ch/index.php/admin/articles/installation-guide-for-redhatcentosfedora.html

 

Change Smarty template cache folder permissions

 

# chmod -v g+w ./bacula-web/templates_c

 

This should be changed to

 

# chmod –v ug+w ./bacula-web/templates_c

 

to prevent this problem to other bacula users.

Hi Robert,

Which version of bacula-web are you using ?

Did you installed all required php extensions ?

Does apache user have enough permissions on the templates_c folder ???
Maybe check your Apache log file for any error. It will help you ...
