Are you CERTAIN of that? Are you sure you don't have an old Director
running somehow? I gather you just upgraded; are you certain the
upgrade installed successfully?
Please check, because version 12 of the DB is correct for Bacula 5.0.3.
If your Director wants DB version 10, it's a v2.something Director.
