I'm not looking for a RTFM response, but I am looking for advice on my new, much needed Bacula setup.

I have 4 linux servers (we will call them Web, File, Mail, Dev) and a Windows "server" with a set of 2 rotating usb drives that are swapped twice a month. This is what I want to accomplish:

Daily:
- Make incremental backups of the 4 linux servers onto "File",  with a full backup on Sun (can be setup in the schedule)
- Copy those backups to the USB drives for a period of 40 days max
- Maybe make incremental or full backups to a tape

Semi-Monthly (15th and 30th/(28th of Feb) of each month):
- Make full backups of the 4 linux servers to the USB drives, kept indefinitely until I feel enough time has passed to discard them properly

Notes:
- Ideally the USB drives will get swapped on the same days as the Semi-Monthly backups are performed, but this may not be the case. The swap may happen a few days afterwards.

Questions:
- What kind of Pools, Jobs, etc should I implement?
- How will the swapping of the USB drives affect the operation of the backups/restores if and when they are needed?
- If my File Server crashes, how do I recover the backups OF it? Since I'm not doing a full system backup, can I setup a temporary Director on another server to read the backups from the USB drives? Or will this Manual entry describe the steps?

Thank you in advance.
