Has anyone encountered the following error:

12-Nov 14:16 C011-fd JobId 471: Fatal error: Generate VSS snapshots failed. 
ERR=Es sind mehr Daten verfügbar.

where the error message is in German and means "There are more files".

The client is WinXP.

I appreciate your hints.
