It might be useful to post your fileset in case you've done something
wrong in there.

I've noticed that files are restored as read-only when restoring under
Windows in older versions of bacula but haven't checked recently. I do
remember that discussed on the mailing list at one time though.

Does it help if you markdir the directories leading up to the file you
are restoring?
