[Bacula-users] Backup too slow

Hello guys. I'm running the director in a Linux system. So I'm trying to backup a client running Win2k3 (virtualized in a Citrix XenServer).. However the copy is too slow..
Server Bacula DIR version 5.0.1 (x86_64-suse-linux-gnu)
Client FD version: 5.0.1
