Perfect. For some reason it was only configured to read the 'left' slot despite 
being shipped with 'both' slots.

Did you upgrade the autochanger and add an additional magazine or did
it come with 16 slots?

I do not have this changer so I can not help but some have web
interfaces that allow you to enable or disable magazines.
