The problem is that!

I have head made 5 volumes, I don't let Bacula to create them, I wold like that every single volume contains only a 'daily' backup... In this installation I have only 12 client, and I want that all the backup of this night will go into that single volumes...

The retention period is for recicle the volumes, I create 5 volumes to cover from monday to wednesday, in the week-and will run the weekly jobs. The retention is to let the volume recicle the next week

I tried to use
     Volume Use Duration = 23h
but it don't work as I would like...

In this page
http://www.bacula.org/fr/dev-manual/Basic_Volume_Management.html#DiskChapter
I can read this:
-------------
Pool {
Name = File
Pool Type = Backup
Volume Use Duration = 23h
}
then if you run a backup once a day (every 24 hours), Bacula will use a new Volume for each backup, because each Volume it writes can only be used for 23 hours after the first write
---------

Wh it don't work for me?

Thak's

Your volumes show a 6 day retention. However you have only used 2
volumes so there is not much I can tell you at this point.
