Hello,

If the new tape insertion is the only option then please verify the steps we 
should be following in the process,

1. Remove the magazine
2. Remove the old tape
3. Insert the new tape in the same location
4. Insert the magazine
5. From the Bacula console , label the new tape
6. Add it in the required pool
7. verify using list volumes


Please correct if anything is wrong/missing.

No a volume can be in only 1 pool at a time. To solve this on my 23 +
1 autochanger I removed tapes and inserted new ones. I have over 60
tapes my changer.
