did you restart the services on both server and
client?
did you make sure that the server name is appear correctly (case sensitive)

The password on the bacula-dir.conf on the
server in the client section and the password on the windows client
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Bacula\bacula-fd.conf in the
first director section
another thing that may cause it: you should make sure that the server name is
appear correctly (case sensitive)
