[Bacula-users] Job hanging in 2.2.8
2008-04-27 11:30:23
I recently upgraded bacula server & clients from 1.3.6 to the current
release (2.2.8). I upgraded the MySQL db schema from version 9 to 10.
The first few test jobs ran fine. However, the first
full night of backups stalled. Three out of 15 jobs completed, the 4th
which began at 1:05:
10235 Full foo-development.2008-04-27_01.05.04 Dir inserting Attributes
was stuck in this state for 7 hours so I cancelled the job:
Choose Job to cancel (1-12): 1
2901 Job foo-development.2008-04-27_01.05.04 not found.
3904 Job foo-development.2008-04-27_01.05.04 not found.
(not sure if the "not found" message indicates a specific problem)
now it's stuck on:
10235 Full foo-development.2008-04-27_01.05.04 has been canceled
The remaining queued jobs are not being run. I have since restarted the
bacula director and the remaining jobs were all lost.
Any ideas regarding the original error?
Thanks,
Phil
