The first thing to try is run 'net stop bacula-fd' (don't know if
that's the right way for windows server 2003, though...) and see if
all of these processes disappear.
If they do, they seem to belong to the (hopfully single) service you
started.
For reasons of *why* there are several processes you'd have to go
through the code, perhaps - here, on Windows Vista professional and
with a different version of the FD, I see only one process.
