I don't know the official source for the backuppc-fuse script. But the
first citation when googling "backuppc-fuse" gives a source. As do,
many of the subsequent google links. 

Since Backuppc-fuse was never "officially" released, I think you would
do best either by looking at these links or trying to track down the
original author Pieter Wuille to see whether he has an updated
version.
