No, the comparison by during the transfer is with the links under the pc tree
(i.e. your last full run of that machine). After files have been completely
transferred, the content is checked for a match in the pool and replaced with a
link if found. Rsync doesn't have a good way to find a match in the pool the
first time it sees new content on the remote side.
