Hello:

I'm looking for a backup solution for a small network.  There are 6 RHEL servers,
one being a database Server (MySql).  Disk to Disk backup using Raid 5.  Would like
the option to backup some window clients also.  Definitely need reporting capabilities
to monitor backup activities.

Will the package do a bare metal restore?

Generally speaking, is BackupPc a good match with these requirements?

How large is the community that uses and supports backupPc?

What would you say, as the representative of this package, to a business manager to give them confidence that they can depend upon this package going forward?

Is the documentation adequate for a IT journeyman who administers windows and linux servers?

Anything else you would like to add?

Thank you for your time.

Lee
