[BackupPC-users] problem with "no ping response"

I've recently had an issue with backuppc listing many hosts (not all hosts) on the "Host Summary" page with a last attempt of "No Ping Response" when the host does actually ping from the backuppc server. I can start a backup on these hosts manually (within the cgi) just fine.

Is there a way to reset the ping data, or to troubleshoot why backuppc is not able to ping?

This is on an established backuppc server which has not had problems in the past. This is also one of several identical servers, and the others are not showing the same problem.

Not sure what kind of info you're going to ask me for. Here's a cut/paste from the host summary screen.

There are 199 hosts that have been backed up, for a total of:

189 full backups of total size 41473.53GB (prior to pooling and compression),
12 incr backups of total size 4294.46GB (prior to pooling and compression).
