All,

        I am trying to generate some tarballs from a few hosts so that I can
archive them off the server. Unfortunately, the workstation that I have
does not have a large enough /tmp partition (where firefox stores the
download until it is complete on this system) for firefox to download
the 115 gb file. Is there a way to generate the tarball from the command
line so I can put it right on the usb brick?
