The only way to do that is to make the shares look like they are
different hosts with different hostnames but using the ClientNameAlias
feature to point them both to the same target. But, I'd look at the
actual timing of a run to see if it is worth the trouble. Incrementals
in particular should be pretty fast unless you have millions of files.
