First this should be on the devel rather than user list.
The BackupPC server maintains queue (CmdQueue) for commands
that need to be run one-at-a-time (currently BackupPC_link).
The BackupPC_nightly policy is hardcoded (ie: first wakeup
when current command from CmdQueue is done). So you could
add a server message that adds your command to CmdQueue
and it will be run serially with other BackupPC_links
and not overlap BackupPC_nightly.
