Just a quick simple question. When using Samba as a transport protocol (on BackupPC version: 2.0.2 if it makes any difference) for a Full backup will it transfer all of the file data when it detects a change?  Also how does it check for changes, does it look at the modified time of a file or does it  transfer the whole file then compare the new file to the local copy?
