Hi all,


I am trying to do a bare metal restore. After I partionsed the disk and 
restored the client to holding. I rebooted to rescue mode created a 
/mnt/sysimage directory mounted /dev/sda1 to /mnt/sysimage then cd 
/mnt/sysimage.
run this command: ssh amandaserver cat /holdingdisk/hostname._.0 | restore rf -

I get an error that reads "tape read error on first record"

any ideas?
