No, at least I can't see it ;-)

Just downloaded, examined, installed and tested 2.4.5.
And the patch is already there.  Even a better, clearer
implementation (as usual from Jean-Louis).  From the ChangeLog:

* server-src/driver.c (startaflush): Use ALGO_SMALLEST if nothing fit.

Patch against 2.4.5 welcome, as always.

Not needed.  Already implemented in 2.4.5.
