It seems the backup image is about 85 Gbyte, but your tape is smaller.
The current version of amanda cannot split ONE disklistentry.
Several DLE's can be distributed over many tapes.
The current workaround is to use gnutar and split the DLE
over several smaller ones, which do fit on one tape.
Have a look at the last example in docs/disklist in the source dir.
