I know that I can specify the tape device via CLI, or with settape in
amrecover. I was curious why it's default value isn't set to /dev/st0, when:
1) it is listed in the man page as such
2) was compiled with that value when I passed the --with-tape-device=/dev/st0
parameter to ./configure
