RE: /usr/local/libexec/amandad: Hangup

Hello: Any asssistance anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated. :-) I recently had to restore the directory where my amanda user was and have not been able to get amcheck to work with the server since. This server was previously backed up using Amanda without issue. The server is running Solaris 8 w/ amanda-2.4.2p2. Seeing entries in the archives that pointed to a possible permissions / ownership issue I removed the amanda account and all source / binaries from the system and reinstalled. I also stopped and started inetd.
