How does Amanda select which tape(s) to use next?  I am trying to 
write a program to list the tape for the next N days so the tech can 
load the changer.  However, the program isn't always right.  I 
thought that Amanda just read the tapelist from bottom up, dropping 
anything labeled "no-reuse" but it doesn't seem to be that simple.
