Thanks Joshua, it has worked, but trying to recover a file with amrecover the result was:

EOF, check amidxtaped.debug file on localhost.
amrecover: short block 0 bytes
UNKNOWN file
amrecover: Can't read file header
extract_list - child returned non-zero status: 1

Did you rewind the tape? Did you check the debug file, as it told you? It'll be in /tmp/amanda.

If this is configured tapeless,
1. Does it require to rewind the tape??
