I presume you mean this calculation as it is the only error I detect.

estimated = wait for dumping + dumping to tape + dumping + dumped + (dump) 
failed
  13      =       2          +        0        +    6    +   4    +      0

i.e. 13 = 12.

However, shouldn't the right hand side also include "writing to tape"?
Then it would balance.
