I have been testing how many filesystem full dumps of the servers on my
network  could be stored on  a specific tape.
An excerpt of the dump summary is as follows: -

FAILURE AND STRANGE DUMP SUMMARY:

  backup.ter hda1 lev 1 FAILED [data timeout]


Upon verifying the contents of the tape after the backup was completed,
backup.ter hda1  does not figure in the list of backup images.

Is it possible to retry the failed filesystem backup and write it on the
same tape ????
