I'm not sure which did it... turning off hardware compression, or moving
the holdingdisk to allow for more space.  But that big-ass filesystem
fits now... :-)

Thanks to everyone who pointed out the mt option... I probably should
have thought of that myself.  Also, for the archives... it turns out
that the "Density" button on the drive can also affect compression.
