With pending EOS for 6.3 and 6.4, we are trying to upgrade all clients to
7.1.6.x and higher.

On this one W2K8R2 x32 server, the 7.1.6.4 client/patch
(7.1.6.4-TIV-TSMBAC-WinX32.exe) refuses to install - says the OS isn't
compatible?

What gives?
