The ID will probably be 0, mine is. Issue this command from the ACSLS command 
prompt: QUERY ACS and enter 0, see tsm HELP UPD LIBRARY (help 3.66.15.2)

I have given up on native AWS VTL configuration.
It will also emulate a stk l700 library, and tsm supports this library.

Am I correct that I now need the acsls software from sun / oricle?
The tsm library definition needs the acsid, but I do not know what that is.

Any help would be appreciated.
