Search the actlog for another error message or warning message that goes along
with the error you mention.
You can search for the session and or process number to help as well.
q actlog sear=ANR????E
q actlog sear=ANR????W
q actlog sear=36980
q actlog sear=276 ... will probably have to use startime/endtime parameters
on this one
