If you lost the server and if you did not restore it
completely as it was (which means VSS inventory,
FCM meta data, Windows registry, etc.) then it is likely that those
snapshots are no longer in the Windows VSS inventory.
That means FCM can't see them anymore either.
They may still exist as valid volumes on your hardware,
but they may be orphaned because you rebuilt the Windows server.

As for the "Snapshot operation completed with return code = -1"
check the dsmerror.log file in the "baclient" directory.
That may give more information on that error.

It may be time to open a PMR.
