[ADSM-L] bind all files except .pst to new management class?

A user wishes to bind all files except .pst files to a new management class 
with more ample retention settings.  What's the best way to do this?  Is it 
sufficient to bind all .pst files to a second management class --to keep them 
from being bound to the new management class?

Something like this:
include ?:\…\*        ample-mc
include ?:\…\*.pst  meager-mc
