In addition to the other mentioned tools there exist also

 

the    "Power Administrator for TSM"      providing information about
drive utilization during certain time frames.

 

The next PA Version 5.0 -  coming out in 2 days -  will extend drill down
analysis of drive utilization. You will also be able

to see  - e.g. -  in addition which process / session is using mounts.
