Thanks for the info .... What is the recommendation  for O.C 7.1 about
resources (memory ....) , and if I can create it  on a VM machine ?

By the way create a spoke server just for testing and didn't find a way on
the gui how to delete it !

You need a hub server at v7.1. It will let you upgrade but you will not be
able to use it until you get a v7.1 hub. BTW the upgrade is super fast.
The TSM server upgrade was also easy in my environment.
