I used the wrong account :(
After I sent the mail I realized that I wasn't using the same account.
Thanks for the help though, it's been fun and a few gray hairs along the way
setting up TSM Exchange.

We followers on the list would like to know how you were able to to get it
working. I could not determine from your last update "That is exactly how it is
configured" whether you already had it configured that way, or you made some
other change.
